The present owner purchased the boat in 2010 when it had 500 original hours on the engines. He picked it up on Georgian Bay where it had spent most of its life, and brought it back to its cottage on Sturgeon lake where it has been ever since, H e has hardly pre-owned the boat since that time because he has spent lots of time in Europe, and the boat was not in the water at all for the summer of 2014. He now thinks that the engines would have around 530 hours. It is to big for the cottage life, and would look at a small trade. The Gran Sport is a very popular model and has been for many years. The 3400 Grand Sport (called the 3400 Express in 1984) owed her success to a balanced blend of aggressive styling, a spacious mid-cabin interior, at a very affordable price. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with generous beam, perhaps the chief attraction of the Gran Sport is her wide-open floor plan, a feature made possible by the absence of any structural cabin bulkheads. The interior of this boat will sleep six; 2 in the bow stateroom, 2 on the convertible dinette, and 2 more when the U-shaped settee in the mid-cabin is converted into a double berth.This boat is very clean as you will notice by the photos, the teal color canvas is still in attractive condition and could be pre-owned for many more years, and so is the Upholstery through out the boat.The boat is equipped with Air conditioner with Reverse Heat which can only be pre-owned at the dock, because the previous owner had a problem with the generator, and since he did not use it very much he felt it was not worth the investment to have it repaired because he did not like a-c and never anchored out. It has a pulpit with bow roller, and an anchor with rode. In the cockpit you will find a wet bar with ice maker, a lots of seating accommodation with a nice large seat to lounge on the opposite side of the Captain. The carpet inside is new of September 2014, there is a full instrument panel with a the necessary gauges such as, engine temperature, oil pressure, volt meter and fuel gauges and tachometers.The electronic is comprised of : A Compass, Depth Finder, GPS, Engine Synchronizer, VHF Radio, Am fm radio music system with CD, Speakers mounted into each side of the arch and a TELEVISION.The Safety Equipment is comprised of: Remote Searchlight, Life Ring, Life Jackets, Horn, Flares and three Fire Extinguishers.The Canvas is Teal in color, it has a Bimini Top and Camper Back with Full Enclosure, still in terrific condition.The General Equipment is comprised of: Batteries.
