This vintage brown frosted glass beer mug dates from the mid 1960's. Commemorates the Civil War Centennial from 1961 - 1965. Front depicts General Robert E. Lee 1807-1870. Back has a scene from the Battle of Gettysburg. Signed SIESTA WARE on the bottom. Attractive condition, especially when you consider that they are 50 years old. No chips or cracks, no paint loss. Bright & shiny. Metal bands have a few light scratches. Handle minor wear. Measures about 5 1/8" tall and 2 5/8" in diameter at the top. Would make a great addition to your collection. Would look great on display at the office, home bar, in the den or at the cottage or cabin. We have a second glass from this series also available at this time.
